Véronique Perroud

Véronique Perroud, active at the bar for more than 15 years, benefits from sound, extensive experience in the field of labour law based on intensive legal practice. She advises and defends the interests of both employees and employers in complex cases.

Wishing to be capable of offering her clients a global approach, Véronique Perroud was trained in mediation and obtained a CAS in company mediation in 2014 as well as a general mediation certificate in 2015.

Certified Specialist SBA in Labour Law and SBA mediator, she advises her clients on both the legal aspects of the cases entrusted to her and on conflict resolution strategies and manages to settle a significant number of disputes amicably, thanks to a mastery of the various communication and negotiation tools.

During her years of training, Véronique Perroud obtained a Swiss law degree awarded by the University of Fribourg, admission to the bar in Geneva as well as a LL.M. in intellectual property law at the University of Turin.

Véronique Perroud practices mainly in French and German.

Véronique Perroud joined the firm in 2006 as an associate and has become a partner in January 2017.
