After completing her university studies, Sara Marzano worked as a legal advisor for a legal expenses insurance company and in law firms. Through these activities, she was able to apply her legal knowledge across all areas of the law. She then accomplished her legal traineeship during which she advised and represented both private individuals and compagnies before Swiss courts and administrative authorities, primarly in contract law, family law and administrative law. She subsequently worked as a clerk at the prosecutor's office, earning practical experience in criminal law. After obtaining her law degree in 2022, Sara Marzano continued to work for the public prosecutor.

Sara Marzano joined the law firm Kasser Schlosser avocats SA in February 2024 as an associate.

She practices in French and English. She is fluent in Italian and also has a good knowledge of German.
