Annie-Fabienne Pillionnel
Associate
Annie-Fabienne Pillionnel practices mainly in the fields of commercial and labour law. She assists individuals as well as companies, by representing them before administrative authorities and courts, or by means of consultancy. Annie-Fabienne Pillionnel's areas of specialization give her particular expertise when it comes to the specific needs of companies in situations encompassing both labour and commercial law issues, and requiring a coordinated approach (notably company transfers, leasing of services, drafting of contractual and organizational documents).
After obtaining a Master's degree in Swiss law from the University of Lausanne in 2012, Annie-Fabienne Pillionnel worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Lausanne's Faculty of Law, teaching courses in commercial law and legal methodology. In this context, she undertook the writing of a doctoral thesis in corporate law on the subject of derogations from the mandatory offer for restructuring purposes in Swiss takeover law, which she is currently pursuing. Alongside her academic activities, she has also worked as an ad hoc court clerk at the First instance Labour court of the district of Broye and Nord vaudois.
Annie-Fabienne Pillionnel qualified as a lawyer in 2018. She then continued to practice as an associate in the law firm where she had completed her internship, and joined Kasser Schlosser avocats SA in 2019.
Annie practices in French and English. She also has a good knowledge of German.
